Melanie Murphy, D.D.S.

Dr. Melanie Murphy completed her DDS in 2001 at the University of San Francisco where she graduated with high honors. Before that, she completed her B.S. degree at the University of San Diego where she studied life sciences and Spanish.

Since completing graduate school she had been practicing family dentistry in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains where she has had the opportunity to refine her dental skills. She has especially found a love for pediatric dentistry but is happy to treat "children" of all ages.

While living at the base of the Sierra Nevada's gave her the opportunity to follow her heart exploring the great outdoors. She has decided to return to her home in Southern California to be closer to her family, and is excited to begin building her new practice with Dr. Willner's team at Summit Dental Care of La Mesa.
